When you place an order for products, training, or newsletters, you agree that we may store and use your information to fulfill and provide the services you can expect from us in our business. All personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is Akuthjälpen AB. Our data protection policy covers all data collected by us, for example from our website, social media, phone or email contact, and at events/trade shows. We may combine personal data collected in one way (e.g., via a website or business system) with personal data collected in another way.

These are listed below. – Third party Your products may sometimes be delivered directly from the supplier, who will then need your contact information. Svebra, the Fire Protection Association, and/or ID06 may require your information to issue certificates to you. Akuthjälpen may transfer your personal data (email or mobile number) to companies that provide marketing services. These recipients are only permitted to process your personal data on behalf of Akuthjälpen in connection with providing a service for Akuthjälpen, such as sending a request for feedback or a recommendation. This is done to improve our services and/or conduct market research. Participation in our market surveys is always voluntary. – Payment solutions Depending on how you choose to pay for your purchase with us, we work with several payment solutions that need to collect certain information in order to process your payment. Our payment options include invoices, card payments, and direct payments via Payson, as well as direct invoices from Akuthjälpen. –Shipping companies In order to deliver your goods to you quickly, efficiently, and securely, we need to provide your address and phone number to our external distributor. We use several shipping companies for our deliveries. – Newsletter When you have given us consent (in connection with your purchase or at another time) to send newsletters to you. For sending our newsletters, we use external services that are only given access to your email address and name that you provided when ordering products, requesting a quote, or opting in to the newsletter.

All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Regarding all of this information, you as a customer have the right to request that your data be deleted at any time, except for information required under the Accounting Act.

How long do we retain your personal data?

We retain data as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the information was collected, or to carry out our obligations, and as long as required by statutory retention periods, particularly regarding accounting requirements.
